Steven Barnes has been with Duke Health now 18 months. In addition to managing a new team, he has been leading development efforts through the throws of the pandemic, at an academic medical institution. Steven shares those experiences as well as how mentoring provided him perspective on his career, which he also shares for those who have similar aspirations.
